This and That
Just because we are on vacation doesn't mean there is nothing going on.  There are committee meetings for the Elephant Stomp Golf Tournament, Nell is busy working toward the convention and a voter registration drive is in the works.

It is time to collect items for the nursing homes and Center for Non-Violence.

The election cycle continues to heat up - candidates that will be on our ballot include: John McCain, President; Roger Wicker, Senate; and John McCay, U.S. House 4th District.  Two HCRWC ladies will be on the ballot as well (running non-partisan) for election commissioner: Judith Redshaw, District 5 and Lynn Cheramie, District 5.  The Democrat National Committee is targeting Mississippi, so we have our work cut out for us!

Republican jewelry will be availabe for sale at the September meeting.
